When your hogs are raised in huge rocky woodlots and meadows with plenty of field paddocks, they get plenty of fresh air, green grass, and sunshine. Wild natural forages make up as much as 75% of our hog's diet supplemented by certified organic grain. Raised much like the European wild boars, our pork comes from domestic breeds Tamworth, with the closest possible link to their ancestors. Our delicious sausage is not made from scraps, this sausage includes the premium cuts of pork like the tenderloin, the ham, and the extremely tender roasts creating the most amazing sausage you could ever eat.
