Most foods in the market contain preservatives and other chemicals that could harm our health. Many are aware of this fact and are trying to go green by eating organic food. One of the popular food today is the grass fed pork which comes from 100% real grass-fed pigs. However, buyers should be aware of some pork products. Not because they are called “natural,” “heritage,” “free range,” or “organic” does not mean it has the nutrition of a real grass fed pork. Pork of grass fed pig are red meat that is as dark as deer meat.

It is very important that one knows what his or her family is eating or where did this food come from. Buy pork in the grocer and you will surely end up with a hormone-laden, grain-fed pork that has lived a terrible life.
